Here we go again you say another bit of weather product software that will try and fleece me and I will wind up paying for this for the rest of my life. Not only that, the product never worked and infected my computer with a virus more virulent than the black plague. How sceptical we all are and we should be. I have been messed around with more dodgy software that never delivers what it says on the tin. You cannot recover your money back no matter how much you pester them with e mails and have to listen to a droning recorded message extolling the fact that you are a valued customer and you are number 1000 in the queue with all of the other mugs trying to recover their money! It goes without saying that most of us can be a little reluctant about purchasing internet products as they sometimes have such a complicated procedure that you wished you had never started in the first place. Well this one has restored my faith in weather software. It does work, easy to use and we can send you a CD We are a small private marina which runs on its own steam and have no allegiance to anyone. I wanted to pass this product on to anyone that visits our website as it does what it says on the tin and you can rest assured that you are not going to be messed around. As you all know weather is one of the most important factors when planning your trip and we at Beaucette Marina have tried to make it as easy for our customers as possible with providing free “Channel Islands” weather, a dedicated weather station that is situated at Beaucette Marina along with some useful links. We hope this will make it a lot easier for you when planning your trips not only to Beaucette but around the Channel Islands. We our constantly trying to improve on the weather forecasting for our customers and recently we have installed a computer screen in our office which displays a product called “Moving Weather”. Another weather product you may say and I was of the same thoughts when I looked first at this. However we decided to buy this and have been amazedly impressed. When we are dealing with customers who require good accurate forecasting we felt that if we could provide something that is straightforward easy to use and gives the correct weather forecast information then we thought it would not only be extremely useful to the marina as we have to get a good handle on the weather here on a daily and seven day basis, then it would be extremely useful to everyone who visited the marina. In a nutshell it means that any customers can use the system in our office for free. The merits of this product are that you have to see it and then realise how good it is. This is not a sales pitch as we do not own this product but it is useful for us to put it on our website as it increases our visit rate to our website and the main reason is that we think it is a great product. Ok here is how it works, of course you have to buy the product but we will come back to that in a minute. You can look at the weather anywhere in the world and get up to 7 days forecast for land and sea. It gives wind direction, wind speed, cloud, rain, temp etc and you can update as many times as you like. The whole thing is animated which you can stop and start and do what you like. You can even have it e- mailed to you and download later. Once you have bought it the approx cost is about 0.41pence per day or £150 per year Anyway why not give it a go just click on the box at the right of this screen that says request a CD and we will send you one.
